SkillBridge Insight grew out of the idea of caring for our veterans with open transparency around the transition process. Following a FOIA request in which VetSec sought transparency around the VET-TEC program offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, we sought to further seek broader trasnparency around another program that really has the power to do some good – the DoD SkillBridge Program. We believe servicemembers should have the tools to research their next place of employment after the military, and are proud to have SkillBridge Insight be one such tool.
VetSec is where veterans go to find a world-class community that is here to help them find meaningful employment in cybersecurity. Our vision is to create a world where no veteran pursuing a career in cybersecurity goes unemployed. We are a home for those who served – those who are transitioning into or wanting to upskill into cybersecurity. We offer a community of like-minded veterans and a bridge to transition from the military into meaningful employment, with resources and guidance along the way.
